Mathieu Boldron

A traveling master of yoga, Mathieu unfolds a bridge between movement and stillness through "Yinyasa", his classes a reflection of the vibrant spirit of Namaste by the lake, where nature and man vibrate in harmonious unity.

"We travel the world a lot throughout the year, but this place is so special. It's the quality of the water, the air, the festival, the food and the people who are here. It's unique in Europe. There is no better yoga festival like it!" Mathieu Boldron, yoga teacher and founder of "Yin Yang Flow Yoga" and "Yinyasa Yoga" talks about the spirit of NAMASTE AM SEE, the yoga festival very close to the turquoise waters of Lake Wörthersee, with a sparkle in his eyes that is reminiscent of the shimmering of the sun's rays on the lake.

Back in the early days of his yoga career, he was an actor and singer. He toured all over the world for the Disney musical "The Lion King". Yoga took on a special significance in his life. All the traveling, singing and dancing left him so physically exhausted that he found balance in yoga.

He is known for a very balanced yoga style: "Yinyasa", which is based on four principles. Firstly, observe your own mind, secondly, flow with stillness/calmness, thirdly, free your own body and fourthly, be in harmony with your own soul.

He has now completed over 3,000 hours of yoga teacher training with master teachers around the world and remains a student for life. He has taught over 45 YTTs worldwide. His trainings have evolved with him over time, but have a common thread that emphasizes yoga philosophy, breath work, sound healing, anatomy and FUN. Mathieu has dedicated his entire life to the practice of yoga.
