With a powerful blend of wisdom and femininity, Alexia guides her students through transformative yoga practices. She instills freedom, heart and intuition in her yoga classes to inspire everyone to discover and unfold their innermost light.

For Alexia, yoga means freedom. She believes that it is up to each of us to learn as much as we can about ourselves in order to find our light. Only then can we develop a practice that nourishes our deepest inner self and frees us from the cages of our thoughts. Her classes are characterized by a lot of heart and devotion. She loves to tell mythical stories, chant mantras on the harmonium, work out challenging flows and teach long meditations.

In addition to her yoga classes in Vienna, Alexia offers numerous retreats in Austria and internationally every year. She is co-founder of the Shakti Academy, which offers trainings and courses for women and wants to bring her knowledge of the moon, Ayurveda, Tantra, Daoism and the seasons into the world to uplift women and bring them into their own power.
