The World of Sheep – A Culinary & Craft Discovery Journey

On April 23rd from 5 PM, the team at "Shoafbauer" invites you to a unique journey into the world of sheep. Six stations connect enjoyment, knowledge, and craftsmanship: From cold starters and warm lamb dishes to delicious sheep cheese and wool processing, guests will learn everything about the animal, its products, and their sustainable use. Accompanying this, Gerhild & Thomas Koch will present their book "Everything from the Sheep".

The event also brings to life the timeless message of Agnus Dei – the Lamb of God: Compassion, community, and responsibility are at the forefront, together reflected with Dean Peter Allmaier and Caritas Director Ernst Sandriesser. All senses will be engaged: seeing, tasting, feeling, speaking.

Entry €25 including culinary stations (excluding drinks), donation for Caritas Kärnten included. Registration at reservierung@magdas-lokal.at or at Shoafbauer 0650 82 81 611.
