Descrizione
Scoprite il fascino del Stand-Up-Paddling con un corso introduttivo vario al Lago di Keutschach. Il corso è adatto sia ai principianti che a chi ha già alcune esperienze sulla tavola.

Sotto la guida di un istruttore certificato imparerete le principali basi del Stand-Up-Paddling. Questi includono una tecnica di pagaiata efficiente, che consente di affrontare tratti più lunghi senza sforzo, nonché importanti norme di sicurezza e il giusto comportamento in acqua.

La tavola SUP e la pagaia possono essere noleggiate per il corso a un prezzo speciale di € 11,–.

Requisiti:
Conoscenze di nuoto e buona salute fisica.

Servizi inclusi:
Corso di SUP con istruttore certificato e introduzione alle norme di comportamento e sicurezza.
